Whittle & Flame are manufacturers of high quality, single-species hardwood charcoal. Based in the Oxfordshire countryside, they distil charcoal instead of burning it and use only sustainable sources for their products.

Dan Prendergast is a Bladesmith. From his workshop in the Cotswolds, Dan forges, grinds, treats, sharpens and handles each of his knives to create some of the finest blades in the UK.

Ikoyi, London

Ikoyi is a restaurant in Soho, London, founded by head chef Jeremy Chan & managing director Iré Hassan-Odukale.

Ikoyi builds its own spice-based cuisine around British micro-seasonality: vegetables slowly grown for flavour, sustainable, line-caught fish and aged native beef.

In 2022, they were awarded their second Michelin star.
